Is It Possible to File A Personal Injury Claim Against More Than One Car Crash Driver?

Yes, it is. When fault in a car crash is attributed to the actions of more than one driver, then it is possible to pursue a claim against multiple drivers. However, you have to determine whether you’d like to pursue a claim against them directly or file one against their insurance providers instead. If the drivers at fault happen to be Texas residents, it may be best to file a claim to their insurance provider first. However, if they happen to be from out-of-state, and they do not have auto-insurance – you definitely should consider filing a claim against them directly.
