Our client hired the Amaro Law Firm to help secure financial recovery after a severe slip and fall accident.

Our client was on her lunch break at an office campus and taking a walk on a paved sidewalk, which unbeknownst to her, had become overgrown with slippery algae.  The algae was obscured by water leaking onto the sidewalk from an improperly maintained drainage system on the property.  Our client lost her footing and slipped.  As a result, our client sustained multiple injuries, including a traumatic brain injury which, to this day, affects her short term memory, concentration, focus, and general well-being.
