Last Updated: November 18, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://amarolawfirm.com/ and any online feature, service, or content that links to these Terms (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Your use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Amaro Law Firm.

Viewing the Site, contacting us through the Site, submitting a “Free Case Evaluation,” using live chat, sending an email, or communicating with us in any other way through the Site does not form an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney-client relationship is only formed after:

  1. The firm agrees to accept your case, and

  2. You sign a written representation agreement with us.

Until both conditions are met, you should not assume we represent you.

2. No Legal Advice

You should not act or rely on any information on the Site without consulting a qualified attorney about your specific situation.

3. Case Results Are Not Guarantees

Testimonials, past verdicts, settlements, or recovery amounts listed on the Site describe results obtained in specific cases with specific facts. They do not guarantee, predict, or suggest a similar result in your case.

Every case is unique.
