Born and raised in Texas, Enrique Rojas earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Baylor University and his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law. Since starting his legal career in 2017, he has focused his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury cases.
Before joining Amaro Law Firm, Enrique represented injured individuals seeking accountability after serious accidents. He also spent time on the other side, representing insurance companies as they evaluated and defended against claims. That range gives him a well-rounded understanding of how cases are built, negotiated, and tried, allowing him to anticipate defense strategies and advocate more effectively for his clients.
Enrique has helped clients secure favorable outcomes in hundreds of cases across Harris, Bexar, Nueces, Travis, and surrounding counties. While many cases are settled outside the courtroom, he is prepared to take a case to trial and represent his clients in both state and federal courts when necessary.
