Our client was crossing a street in a crosswalk at night when he was struck by a luxury electric vehicle that did not slow down at all prior hitting our client.

Our client was thrown through the air and lay bleeding on the ground unconscious while the driver who hit him called 911.  Our client sustained severe injuries, including fractures to his pelvis, knee, leg, foot, ribs, and facial bones.  These injuries necessitated multiple surgeries, including the installation of hardware in the right leg, and the implantation of a percutaneous endoscopic gastronomy (PEG) tube as a complication from rib fractures.
