ATV Rollover Accident

While visiting a friend in the summer of 2019, our client was a passenger in an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) being driven by a friend.  The ATV rolled over while our client was in the front passenger seat, causing her to strike her head on the dashboard of the vehicle.  From the traumatic collision, our client sustained a neck fracture.
