18-Wheeler Rear End

Our client, who was a truck driver by trade, was a front seat passenger in a standard sedan when an 18-wheeler petroleum tanker failed to control its speed while merging onto Beltway 8 in Houston.  The collision spun our client’s vehicle into a partition and left him severely injured.
