Forklift Injury Settlement

Our truck driver client suffered permanent and debilitating injuries when his foot was ran over by a forklift in a lumber yard.  Our client was loading his trailer when an inexperienced and untrained forklift driver got too close and ran over his foot.   Our client lost his ability to earn a living as truck driver as a result.  The defendant companies originally denied liability but our trial lawyer team fought until we got our client closure, justice, and peace.
