Our commercial litigation attorneys were hired on a contingency basis to represent hundreds of franchise owners against a publicly traded entity.  Our clients alleged the franchisor misrepresented the opportunities and that the businesses could not profit as represented.  Through multiple mediations, our commercial litigation attorneys were able to secure a mediator proposal to settle for $25M.
