Our client was driving in Downtown Houston when his vehicle was violently t-boned on the driver’s side by a driver who ran his red light.  As a result of the first collision, our client’s vehicle was pushed into a secondary collision with another vehicle that also had the right of way.  As a result of these collisions, our client sustained severe injuries to his head and spine.
