Our client was violently rear ended at red light in Fort Bend County, and as a result sustained severe injuries to his spine.  Our firm negotiated aggressively with the at-fault driver’s insurance company and obtained a full policy settlement within a year of the collision.  Our client had the foresight to carry underinsured (“UIM”) coverage, and our firm initiated a claim against the client’s first party policy immediately after settling with the third-party insurance company.
