Our client was involved in a tragic car crash with an 18-wheeler and contacted Amaro Law Firm to help recover from the trucking company.  The night of the accident, our client was driving in the right-hand lane of the roadway when his vehicle began skidding on the icy roads.  He was able to safely pull over onto the shoulder of the highway to prevent himself from skidding further on the road.  While he was safely parked on the shoulder, an 18-wheeler driving down the highway carelessly veered out of his lane and slammed into our client.  Our client’s vehicle was thrown onto its side from the force of the impact and he ended up pinned under the trailer of the 18-wheeler.
