Tony Peterson

Tony’s mission is to serve his personal injury clients in memory of his grandfather, who was one of the kindest men ever to walk the planet, a prolific builder, and a tremendous human being. Tony serves his clients in memory of his grandmother, who taught him that cleanliness is next to Godliness, always sought to comfort others, and led by leaving every place better than how she found it. Tony works for his father, his best and most faithful friend, who has been his rock from day one. Tony works for his mother, who taught him to be better than he is, and prays for him regularly. Tony will give you the same advice that he would give to his two loving and patient sisters, or his incredible and kind-hearted wife.

For his dedication to his clients throughout the pandemic, Tony was named a Top 10 Under 40 Attorney 2020 for Personal Injury by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys and a Top 40 Under 40 Attorney 2020 by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers.

In his spare time, which gets shorter these days, Tony spends time with his wife and extended family, and feeds rescue cats and his rescue dog, Grace, and travels throughout the United States and Mexico.

A fourth-generation native Houstonian, Tony graduated from the University of Houston Law Center, where he excelled in trial advocacy and negotiations. Prior, Tony graduated from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business in the Business Honors Program and Finance, with a minor in Spanish, and at the top of his class from the Kinkaid School.

Tony once took a personality test to see what kind of dog he would be, and it returned the result ‘pit bull’ for his ‘loyalty and desire to protect others’.
