Dirk finds great pride and passion in representing the needs of injured clients and their families. His extensive knowledge and skill in holding people and corporations accountable for their actions and obtaining compensation for those seriously injured or killed due to the irresponsible acts of others is well established. Dirk served as his past firm’s senior litigation counsel and holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees of Science from California State University, Sacramento as well as a J.D. and L.L.M. from George Washington University in the study and practice of Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
