As a part of the devoted team of Amaro Law Firm, Antonio embodies the same commitment to excellence by putting clients first, holding negligent parties accountable, and adhering to outcome-driven advocacy to get his clients the justice they deserve. He approaches every case with the mindset of a trial attorney while balancing strategic counsel with genuine compassion to deliver the best possible results for his clients.
After law school, Antonio started his career as a plaintiff’s attorney, representing victims of motor vehicle collisions, 18-wheeler wrecks, workplace accidents, and other catastrophic events. His prior experience included handling a wide range of tort cases for clients across Texas. He also focused on commercial case development and litigation strategy. Through his experience, he’s always kept in mind that behind every case file is a person or family going through a difficult time and that’s why he makes sure his clients are supported, feel heard, and get the justice they deserve to help rebuild their lives after life-shattering events.
Prior to launching his career, Antonio Olvera, a proud first-generation college graduate, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M University in College Station. While studying at Texas A&M, Antonio was an active student leader, joined the Texas A&M Wrestling Club, and was a member of the Pre-Law Society. These experiences of combined discipline and competitive drive laid the foundation for Antonio’s future work in law school and client advocacy.
After completing his undergraduate studies, Antonio pursued his law degree at South Texas College of Law, Houston. During law school, he fully immersed himself in the legal community by participating in a variety of organizations. He supported fellow students and promoted diversity in the legal field by serving as the Secretary of the Hispanic Law Students Association. He was also a member of the Mexican American Bar Association of Houston, where he built connections with attorneys and mentors who shared his mission of serving Hispanic communities in Texas. He also gained invaluable experience as an intern with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, supporting case preparation and learning about the inner workings of the justice system. These experiences gave him a strong network and a sense of purpose: to make sure everyone, especially underserved communities, had access to fair legal representation.
Born and raised in Conroe, Texas, Antonio Olvera grew up watching his parents work tirelessly to build a better life after immigrating from Mexico. His father, a lifelong bricklayer, instilled the importance of hard work, perseverance, accountability, and fighting for what is right.
As a bilingual speaker and proud member of the Hispanic community, Antonio entered the legal field acutely aware of the disparities in access to justice and quality representation for underserved populations. He understands the unique needs of Spanish speakers that allows him to connect with his clients and communicate complicated legal issues in an approachable and understandable way. His commitment to uplift and protect underserved communities, particularly those challenged with access to fair legal justice, continues to inspire his work as a personal injury attorney.
Outside of work, Antonio Olvera enjoys spending time with his two miniature schnauzers and cheering on the Texas A&M Aggies and Houston Texans. These simple joys keep him grounded and remind him what loyalty and teamwork really mean.
Antonio Olvera brings grit, heart, and dedication to every client he represents. If you or a loved one has been injured due to someone else’s negligence, Antonio is ready to stand by your side and fight for the justice you deserve.
