In April of 2021, our minor client was playing in her grandfather’s front lawn while the grandfather was cutting the grass with a push-lawnmower.  As our client was running, she tripped in leaves, and her grandfather was unable to stop the mower and the four year-old’s left leg was sucked into the mower’s blades.
