Wrongful Death Settlement

In this unfortunate case, our client’s toddler son was tragically ran over and killed by a reckless drunk driver in an unsafe apartment complex parking lot that had ineffective speed controls such as speed bumps and signage. Unfortunately, the apartment complex only carried a $1M insurance policy. The drunk driver left the scene, was later arrested, and sent to prison.
