We are conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident and the history of this plant.

We have sent letters to multiple entities requesting that they preserve certain evidence in anticipation of litigation. We anticipate more requests for preservation will be sent to certain entities in the days and weeks to come.

Information is still being discovered about the circumstances relating to this incident. We are sorting through the reports in an effort to determine the total truth for the families involved.

Our clients greatly appreciate the community support and we encourage people with information to come forward. We welcome anyone with information to contact the Amaro Law Firm directly and not the family.
