About Tabitha Bennett
Tabitha Bennett serves as Managing Attorney, Pre-Litigation at Amaro Law Firm, where she leads the firm’s pre-litigation operations and the teams responsible for moving personal injury cases forward before litigation.
Tabitha began her legal career representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases. She later opened her own practice, where she continued handling medical malpractice matters while expanding her work to include premises liability, labor law, family law, and estate planning.
Before joining Amaro Law Firm, Tabitha spent several years with one of the nation’s largest personal injury firms, where she ultimately led pre-litigation operations for premises liability matters across multiple states. In that role, she directed a nationwide team and helped develop the systems and strategies used to manage a high volume of cases consistently and effectively.
Her experience as both a practicing attorney and an operational leader gives Tabitha a broad understanding of what it takes to move a case forward successfully. She understands not only the legal work involved, but also the importance of building strong teams, clear processes, and reliable systems that support both attorneys and clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
At Amaro Law Firm, Tabitha brings that experience to strengthening the firm’s pre-litigation practice. She is focused on developing talent, improving how cases move through the process, and creating greater consistency in the experience clients receive from the beginning of their case.
