If You Were Injured in a Crash, Can You File A Claim Against the At-Fault Driver?

In general, the answer is yes. This applies whether you are a passenger in a vehicle that crashed due to the actions of your driver, or whether you are a driver who was injured in a crash involving another vehicle. However, the type of claim that you can file or the person whom to file it against may differ depending on your car crash situation. A personal injury claim may be suitable for a certain crash, while a survival action may be better for another.
