The driver responsible for a hit-and-run incident that happened in Kingsville, Texas, on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021, was recently identified by a 26-year-old man from Brownsville, Texas. The report was made to the Kingsville Police Department, and an investigation is underway to take further action based on the given information.

The hit-and-run incident occurred between US-77 and E. Corral Avenue. The vehicles involved were an unspecified pickup truck that had a trailer attached to it and a Ford F-150. The Ford F-150 was heading south on the US-77 when the driver, a 46-year-old man of Weslaco, was hit by the trailer, which apparently had detached from the pickup truck. Eyewitness report from the scene reported that the pickup truck driver fled the scene without providing any assistance to the driver. According to the Kingsville Police Department spokesperson, the man would be charged for his actions, which was leaving the scene of an accident involving death or serious injury.
