Mr. Gibbins then graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, with honors, in only 3 ½ years. There, he played football and ran track as well, where he received all-conference honors. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Finance. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Gibbins studied abroad in Granada, Spain, where he gained advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Gibbins attended law school at Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas, where he also graduated with honors. There, Mr. Gibbins participated as a member of the trial advocacy team, where he instantly fell in love with the courtroom.
Mr. Gibbins has extensive experience in the courtroom and in front of juries. The courtroom is where he feels the most at home. Mr. Gibbins prides himself in attaining life-changing results for his clients. He believes in giving a voice to the victims of personal injury who are oftentimes left unheard. Mr. Gibbins is the grandson of attorney, Bob Gibbins, former president of the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). Bob Gibbins was also director emeritus of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and former president of the Travis County Trial Lawyers Association. Bob Gibbins also received the annual War Horse Award for the Southern Trial Lawyers Association. Growing up, and watching his grandfather’s successes, inspired Mr. Gibbins to become a trial lawyer himself. Mr. Gibbins strives to honor the legacy that his grandfather left behind.
