Brent Phelps

Brent Phelps is from Houston, Texas and his primary practice areas include trucking collisions, motor vehicle collisions, and premises liability cases.

Before joining the Amaro Law Firm, Brent studied at Texas A&M University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science. At Texas A&M, Brent was a member of the men’s lacrosse team.

Brent attended law school at South Texas College of Law. He spent a summer abroad in Malta, a small island country in the Mediterranean, where he studied international cultural heritage law and world taxation. As a student, Brent volunteered for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic, helping lower income individuals file their taxes.

It was through interning at a personal injury firm that Brent discovered his passion for helping injured clients and making sure they are treated fairly. Since then, Brent has worked tirelessly to bring justice for his clients that have been injured by others.

When not working, Brent loves spending time with his wife and dog, playing golf and lacrosse, and watching Aggie football.
